How to Use & Maintenance the Casava Peeling Machine?

1. Verify that the tool is in place before the equipment is used.
2. The equipment is used for the first time and must be spot-checked for one working day of operation.
3. must be powered on and then loaded.
4. Equipment must be cleaned at the end of each shift, sweeping the garbage attached to the equipment and keeping the equipment clean.
5. Please clean up any extraneous items on the equipment before starting the machine.
6. Incomplete sweeping will lead to equipment failure.
7. The equipment is regularly filled with lubricating grease, and the bearings are filled with lubricating oil once a quarter.
8. Electrical parts are checked every shift. Pay particular attention to waterproofing to prevent switch failure.
9. When the equipment has abnormal noise or vibration, please check the connecting bolts of each part in time for loosening.
10. Clean the equipment when it is not in use.
